I have never dealt with such an unprofessional "business owner" in my life. I'm not even entirely sure how she is staying afloat. I went to her for the first time after she changed the time of my appointment 3 times already. She then texted me "10 minutes" every 45 minutes or so as I waited outside her door. I wanted my lashes done so bad I just sucked it up and waited. 2 and a half hours later I was in getting my lashes done, but she kept pausing to text on her phone and even left the room about half way through. After a couple weeks, they started to itch terribly and every time they got wet they burned my eyes. After calling many other salons and not being able to get an appointment in time for the wedding I had to attend, I called her back for a fill. After waiting downstairs in my car for 40 minutes because she wouldn't answer my texts or phone calls about the code to the door, she finally answered and I went upstairs only to wait another hour and a half. I had to work that night so I had to leave after 2 hours of her texting me "10 more minutes" or "4 more minutes." I still needed them done however so we rescheduled for another day. She not only didn't show up for the appointment, but I didn't hear from her until 3 hours after my scheduled appointment with no apology whatsoever. She apparently hit a curb by her apartment complex and flipped her truck which I'm not sure how that's even physically possible. I told her I understood and made another appointment on the morning of the wedding (this morning) even though it was cutting it so close. I called her 12 times and texted her 4 times. Still nothing from her and I can't wait to hear her excuse this time.
