Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rent from Enterprise once a month and every time I rent in Wilson, NC I always have to wait at least an hour because they claim there are no cars available despite me making a reservation and watching others drive off. They claim that it's the website's fault for not knowing what they have available. I don't encounter this problem when I rent in Philadelphia. It's always in Wilson. I don't want to play the blame game but I do want to share my experience with hope to have better experiences at this particular location.
