I have tried over a month to get copies of my medical records but have not been able to do so. Dr. Jackson has to give the approval for the records to be released and even though my signed request for the records was on her desk she did nothing. Since she is only in the Rockingham office one day a week, I called the following week after she failed to do anything with my request and I was told she was in surgery and wouldn't be in until next Tuesday. I am getting no where in getting these records.
