We had an issue with the color of our water. It was slightly brown. I emailed the department on a Friday night (expecting a to hear back on Monday) and got a call and email back 1st thing on Saturday morning and a call from a tech. They were out by 10 AM, flushed a hydrant and stopped back in to check to see if my water was better. Water is perfect. Techs were awesome.
