Kardia Café

The new cafe within the Cardio Heart complex is a very pleasant atmosphere for a hospital...however the whole hospital is a top tier environment... The food is tasty and a step up in quality but lacks the comfort and southern warmth one would expect ... Especially since you pay a premium and then served on paper plates with plastic forks... The staff we're seemingly more interested in cleaning the equipment then attending to the constant stream of customers...this is a management issue since I am sure the staff are required to multi task to such a degree...a suggestion would simply have a very personable and SMILING dinning room staff much like the Walmart greeter...yes they can multi staff but it is all about the customer... And please don't wipe the tables with same towel that you wipe the chairs with ...after it is a hopspital ...
