Overall, I had a poor experience at this dealership.
After doing a good amount of online research and finding a great price on the car I was looking for (2016 Honda Civic) I called and set up a time to come by. The receptionist was very kind and helpful.
At the dealership, I dealt with your run-of-the-mill car salesman. "The car has some scratches, but is in great condition!" "I can't lower the price of this car!" He even went as far as to show me listing prices for the same car online - as if I hadn't already done my research. "Look, other dealerships are selling it for $20k!" Yeah... those are brand new versions of the car, with none of the wear and tear this one has.
After about 15 minutes of negotiation, all he was willing to do was knock a couple hundred off the tax - Then again, I'm probably not the best at haggling. Since the car was reasonably priced, I was still interested in buying it, but wanted to do my due diligence and have a mechanic check it out before purchasing.
Sure enough, the mechanic across the street told me it was a lemon. The car was in an accident (which was not included in the car history), and was painted over to hide it. None of this was mentioned to me when I inquired about the car, so be sure to ask for as much info as possible! When I shared this information with the salesman, he tried to discredit the mechanic.
I can't say how relieved I feel to have not bought from this dealership.
Despite Car & Class Motors claim to be a great-value, haggle-free company, from my experience, it is another small time, sleazy dealership.
Avoid if you can!
