They left me hanging. Came and got my AC temporarily back in action. They called with the parts quote, but I was unable to return the call right away to get the details. When I finally called back the quote was misplaced. No big deal, except I tried for a few weeks after that to get in contact with Doyle's and they never called me back. I was a loyal customer up to this point and always gave great recommendations to others about them. I don't understand why I could not get the unit fixed or just a simple return call maybe saying they were too busy. Unfortunately, now I have to start all over with another company. So much for customer loyalty!
