Just awful. I ordered a 38 cubic feet rubbermaid plastic storage shed to keep the kids' bikes safe and dry, and this was the company who was supposed to ship it to me. They call me on a Thursday and ask when they can deliver it. I tell them Friday, but that I won't be home. We agree I will leave my signature on a piece of paper on the door for the deliveryperson. Friday comes and goes, as does Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues, and Wed. I call them Wednesday, and go PICK IT UP MYSELF WITH MY HYUNDAI SONATA on Thursday. It was balanced precariously on the top of my roof, but I made it. This company sucks. They are unprofessional and don't care about doing what you pay them to do. I give this company one finger--my middle one.
