Valdese Cleaners

I brought all my clothes here to get cleaned, asked for extra starch on all my shirts. I should mention I am female... however, I like my women's shirts (which look exactly like mens' except smaller and they button on a different side) very starched. This is why I bring them to the cleaners, because I want them starched! I also had one of my husbands shirts in with mine. HIS got starched and mine looked barely ironed. AND I had to pay extra for my shirts... his, although bigger and starched, were less! But I will say they are very nice. When someone asks for extra starch, give them extra starch. 50 dollars for a few unstarched women's shirts!

I called and asked how much it would be to get a coat dry cleaned and described it perfectly. I was told it would be between $6.50-$7.50. When I dropped the coat off and the lady took it and looked at it, I asked how much it would be and she told me "probably about $7.00"; however, when I picked it up, I was told $10.00. I do not appreciate being told the wrong price TWICE. If they had told me on the phone when I first called, or even when I dropped it off that I was told wrong, it would have been okay, but I was upset that I was told a certain price range two different times. That being said, the ladies I dealt with when I dropped it off and picked it up were both very nice at least. Plus, my coat was ready a few days early too.
