Sent my ring off to be fixed (it was missing one stone) and it came back with even more stones missing and the metal was bent all the way around the band. I was then told my ring was discontinued and there was nothing they could do about it except for me to trade in. I took my ring to a different store where they offered me THREE different options so that now I have my ring back looking great and didn't have to trade in. The customer service was awful during the whole experience. This certain employee expressed no interest in my concerns and only repeated that I could trade in over and over.
