McRitchie Winery & Ciderworks

Febuary 11th 2018. We showed up 20 mins before close and they informed us “they were doing us a service by serving us at all.” We were also only offered a half tasting because no new bottles would be put out after 4pm, no where was this apparent on the website or the signage saying that they were “open.” The host was very short and rude with our party. All we wanted to do was have a nice tasting and wanted to be respectful of everyone’s time, unfortunately for this establishment, we will not waste their time anymore.

The cheese plate is one of the best I've had and complements the wines perfectly. Try the cheese plate. You will not be disappointed. Wines were great. Not crazy about ciders though but I'm not a cider person. Staff was excellent. We had a great time chatting with her. Loved the table. But check out that cheese plate. Yum !!!!I"""
