Worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. I’ve never had problems with Wal-Mart pharmacies - usually they are the most convenient, and some (like this one) even have drive thru for heightened convenience. This Wal-Mart pharmacy is absolutely terrible, though. I’ve had nothing but problems with them since moving here almost a year ago and will be transferring pharmacies very soon. Since last July, my prescription has had a year’s worth of refills but literally every month I call to refill it, the voicemail tells me my prescription is expired or out of refills. My doctor has had to call it back in several times and still to no avail because it’s never put in the system properly. Last month, my doctor called in 9 refills. I called today to have the first refill filled and was told my prescription is expired. How??? Terrible service. Can’t wait to switch.
