Took my daughter for normal sinus infection symptoms on a Saturday to Jonesville urgent care. They ran a strep test that came back negative. Sent us home with nothing even though she had sinus pressure, inner ear pressure, and green mucus (infection). Her symptoms continued to worsen so we took her to her family doctor early the next week. They gave her a antibiotic and she started to get better soon after.
I called to see if they would consider a reduced or dropped fee since I now have two doctor bills for what should have been one visit. I got a sour attitude and no help.
