Family Care Clinic

I've been using this facility for myself & my children since moving to Jacksonville in 2005. The staff are friendly & qualified however they're continually overbooked. It has been better over the past few years now that the military population has dropped. Our most recent appointment (kids well visit, school physical) has taken 40 minutes past appointment to be taken back and additional 40 minutes to see the doctor. This is ridiculous. My time is just as valuable as the provider. Just very unprofessional to over book your patients.
