my boyfriend is a new resident of Bluff Ridge Apartments in Jacksonville, NC. I wanted to take a minute to write to and let you know that the staff there is amazing! He is a Marine Officer, and Camp Lejeune is his first duty station, and I found the apartment and coordinated everything for him and your staff there was so welcoming and cooperative and nothing short of fantastic. Especially Hayley! But everyone there, is great! The maintenance manager (I forgot his name) is fantastic also.
As his first duty station and trying to coordinate his leave and his rigorous training schedule, we got a Power of Attorney and he signed his lease on 6/23, and I picked up the keys for him on 7/5. Hayley made sure she was in constant contact with (mostly me) but us, and made everything so smooth and worry free. She even came in after her son just had surgery, just so he could sign his lease. I honestly have been all over the country, and all over the world, and I have never come across a property manager that was as great as she is.
The apartments are spacious, they don't feel small at all. The grounds look nicely kept. Since he hasn't moved in yet, I can't write a review on the living conditions, but the staff is amazing!
