Stopped in today on the way to Boone and am very happy with our experience. Not many places make good chai, and both my wife's cold and my hot (with extra ginger!) were great - significantly better than the majority of coffee stops.
Price is a touch high for espresso, but presentation and atmosphere is part of that cost; wish I had the time to stay awhile.
Would revisit.
