Gay's Dry Cleaners

Im not typically one to be confrontational or to give poor reviews.. but my experience was horrible. I dropped off 2 scarves and 2 pair of pants.. Came back a week later and they couldn't find my things so I helped them search through racks until we found my items. One of my scarves had yet to be cleaned, so I left with my other items. I came back a week later after my scarf only to be told they couldnt find it.. three weeks after I originally dropped it off they finally found my scarf.. apparently it got mixed in with table cloths.. Then to add insult to injury.. they insisted that I pay them for cleaning my things. This was an all around stressful, horrible experience. I will never go back and will never recommend them to anyone.
