Walmart Auto Care Centers

I ordered tires from the Wal-Mart website. They have a cancellation request procedure. Not even an hour later, I requested cancellation. The order was never cancelled. This is NOT a complaint about the Erwin store, but a complaint about Walmart's website. Why have a cancellation request on It's website and not adhere to a cancellation that was made an hour later? To be fair, they said that when I receive the order I can bring the tires up to the store for a refund....to be continued. If the refund is easy and convenient, I'd give six stars if I could. Update: After the tires arrived at the Erwin store, I received a refund. No complications.
