Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I was on hold for over an hour this morning. But only 12 minutes at a time because that's when the machine ends the call. Just had a few questions about my rental for next week still have not talked with anyone. They need more help I guess. Tried again just now twice and was on hold 24 more minutes still haven't talked to anyone. This is joke if everybody in Reidsville rented a car today they still wouldn't be that many calls

This office is my absolute favorite! Everyone is always so helpful and caring. This is the ONLY Enterprise that I will rent from. This office's customer reps are the best and offer great customer service!
