I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience @ T&J's as they are calling themselves. I took my wedding dress in to have a spot cleaned and when I went to pick it up, the spot was still there. There were a few scuff marks at the hem that I had also pointed out to them, which were still there. From what I could tell, they only pressed the dress. I spoke with the owner about giving me a discount and he flat out refused. In fact, he started to argue with me! He made me to feel like I was stupid to think that they might consider only charging me for the pressing. I told him that the spot and scuffs were the only reason that I brought the dress in and since it was still just as dirty as when I brought it, that I shouldn't have to pay full price. He was very rude and aggressive with me. I did manage to get him to send it back to cleaning and try again at no additional charge. After the second time, the scuffs were gone but not the spot. I almost decided to leave him stuck with the dress and just forget about it, but instead, I took the higher road and just paid for it and left. I WILL NOT ever go there again and I strongly suggest to others not to go there either. He simply does not care about customer satisfaction. To top it off, I had forgotten about a cleaning trick of my own and when I got home, I tried it and the spot came right out. I will not reveal the trick here as I would NEVER want them to learn about it and help their business flourish, I would rather see them slowly go out of business by making people mad and losing customers. Again, this man was extremely rude to me and if I was dying and he was the only one that could save me, I would prefer to die.

They are really nice and they dry cleaned my uniforms properly.
