Starbucks

I've made about dozen mobile orders to this store. And every time, without fail, they forget the food. And most locations would offer you something for your time, not here. Waited 35mins on a mobile order of 2drinks and 2 sandwiches.

Constantly out of brewed coffee. I stop on my way to work 2-3 times a week and in never fails that once a week I have to wait for them to brew coffee. It is not busy at the time of day I am there, usually only 3 or 4 people are there. Update: First time back in several weeks. Order a Venti brewed coffee and I watch her run out as she is pouring it but gives my cup 60% full anyway. I ask her to top it off and she sorry we will have to need to brew more. How do you think it is ok to give someone half a cup of coffee? There were no customers after me bit of course instead of brewing coffee when she knew it was out she just stood there and talked to the other baristas.
