Placed a very simple online order of cheese sticks. When I showed up an hour later they hadn’t even put the order in. I spoke to the manager and she told me that it would take 5 minutes and they would be hot for me...as if that was some sort of consolation. Meanwhile, I saw 4 employees dancing, standing around, or on their cellphones. This is not the way to run a business and certainly a disgrace to customer service. The fact that I had to ask for a refund and was only given a credit for next time is poor management response. Needless to say, there will not be a next time from this customer.
