The rivergate location can occasionally get your order correct, but the staff if awful and do not care about their customers. Its sunday at 7:39pm, i pulled up at the Rivergate, Nc location knowing they close at 8 pm and was hoping 20 mins was enough time to make me one single sandwhich. An employee was out front when i arrived, and quickly told me "bro, we closed". I showed him the sign on their own door that read open til 8pm, but he had no different response. The worst part is, i can watch a female employee inside making her own food to take home, but can serve your customers during open business hours. Not coming back.
