When they were in Matthews, they had sales associates on the floor willing to help. Since they have moved to the Charlotte location, it's a nightmare trying to get some help. I've tried to get some help from the service department on several occasions but couldn't ever get the guy to come to the counter. My last visit, I was needing to repair one of my pressure washing setup's which meant fittings and other things in the store and order another hose reel from the warehouse in Ft Mill. After being there for about 30 minutes, I finally got somebody to help me. While the associate was on the computer helping me find a reel in stock, I assume it was the manager came by and told him to help someone load some pressure washers up. So I guess he was supposed to stop helping me. They had another associate that was just standing by the doors that kept saying he was waiting on someone. Myself and my helper ended up going outside to help THEIR customer load up the pressure washers. The customer service has dropped off the face of the Earth in this place.
