This is unequivocally the worst fast food restaurant I have ever dealt with. I dont live in Charlotte but work here every week and usually and unfortunately have to eat fast food when here for my one night a week visit.
Tonight's visit was a horrible experience to say the least. I pulled up to the drive thru only to be greeted with very broken Ebonics which I tried my best to understand. I just guessed he was asking for my order. I spoke my order very clearly and slowly, only to be asked to repeat my order twice again. At this point I would have pulled out of line and went somewhere else but this BoJangles has no lane to do so. Was second in line and noticed the lady in front of me was having a problem with her order. She said a few words and then pulled off (no food). I pulled forward and was asked in a very annoyed tone what I had ordered...was only glad to repeat it for the 4th f---ing time in the same tone as was spoken to me. I then heard the woman standing there making drinks say. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM WITH THESE F---ERS TONIGHT. At this point I looked at them both and said I'VE LOST MY APPETITE THANKYOU..I didn't wait on a response. I went on to where I stay and am going to bed hungry...THANKS EVER SO MUCH..WILL CERTAINLY BYPASS THIS ESTABLISHMENT FROM NOW ON..THIS IS ONE THAT NEED A TOTAL REMAKE OF ITS EMPLOYEES. ..
