Horrible, I usually don't ask anyone there for help, but I really wanted to find an item this one time. I looked around the video game area for help for 5min noneone was around. I walked all the way to home theater and they said they have no way of searching for items in the back or on their sales floor. How is it a TECH company not going to provide their employees with some sort of inventory look up device or computers. I had to go the front desk and the girl there had no idea what I was talking about, so I gave her the skew number she found it in the system. But then proceeded to tell me to wait for her to find someone to go get it. She called 2 people over and they said they couldn't go because they didn't know how to navigate the backroom. Ended up just leaving after 30 minutes of no help. You guys need to provide employees with some sort of inventory look up on your sales floor. And have people that actually know electronics and can tell a TV from a window.
