Love BB&T but this is the absolute worse Branch. I have gone here almost every week day for YEARS because of my company and I cant get a money order FOR THE COMPANY. The wait is always long. Typically 2 tellers and sometimes even one of those is missing. The Manager does not encourage customer satisfaction at all. For the forth time they put the money in the wrong one of our accounts and our branch which is wonderful (Indian Land) had to fix it. If it wasn't for upper management and Indian land we would of dumped them 2 years ago when things started to really change there. Here is hoping they open a new branch close by.
