This office has a terrible group of people answering their phones. Was finally advised after 18 mins of sheer disresepct by the practice manager (Roberta) that it would be several weeks before I could be seen. This office does not care about patients will report to Cigna and other insurance providers. Roberta and others were very RUDE! The ladies answering the phones at this office have no concern for the patients. I'm sure the doctors of this practice are not aware of this!!
