Donald C. Brown, MD of MacGregor Family Physicians, P.A.

Dr. Brown takes time to listen to your questions and thoughtfully answer them. He treats you as a person not a number. I especially like the way he provides you with options and then talks you through the decision. Also his staff is friendly and flexible. I mistakenly booked my physical on the wrong date. I realized this only on the day before my actual appointment. I called and explained my mistake and asked if there was any way I could change the date to the next day. They were VERY understanding and made the change for me. Most doctor's staffs would have berated me for my mistake and made another appointment grudgingly for several weeks out. By the way, I've not had to wait beyond my appointment time. Very prompt.
