Don't Trust. Verify: Make sure you have evidence of the the work they claimed to have performed. I was lied to -- was told that my tires were rotated only to discover that they were not. This led me to wonder whether they performed a proper oil change either. Because of the dishonesty that I encountered, I will not go back to NTB again.
