I purchased flowers through their website for a delivery the next day to a local address. They were to be a gift for my mother on her 70th birthday. The flowers were never delivered! I was never contacted by the company with any potential issues. If they had, I could have made alternate plans.

I don't know the quality of their floral arrangements but from what I've experienced everything else in their above claim is worth a pile of garbage.
