This is the first negative review I have written in my life thus far. That is because up until now I have never felt so belittled by anyone in what I thought was a professional setting. Today at about 1:30pm I went through the Wendy's drive through like I have done many times before at this specific location and always have had a great experience. When asked what I would like I clearly said "Can I please have the four for four meal with BBQ sauce and a green tea". The man said anything else and I said no thank you and pulled up to the window. At the window the man asked me for nine dollars and some change after a lady handed me a bag of food which was not what I had ordered. I politely said "I'm sorry but I had wanted the four for four meal" and the man was instantly offended and said to me "Well you said a number four" and blankly stared at me. I apologized again and said that I had wanted the four for four meal. He had such an attitude and it made me feel very uncomfortable. I understand completely where the confusion would be reguarding the situation but he made me feel like I had done something wrong even though he misheard me. Even after this I just blew it off and was not angry with him. A lady handed me my food and I drove away. Once I was ready to eat my meal I opened my bag up to find that I was only given two chicken nuggets. And this is why I will never go back to that location again and am writing this review.
