Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Don't bother ordering online. This was not a good experience. The online ordering process was actually great, but picking it up wasn't. I got there and let the cashier know I was picking up. He responded with "ok...". After awkwardly standing there for a second I stepped away. 15 min later (10 min after it was supposed to be ready), I hadn't received my food. Another cashier asked me why I was waiting and it quickly became clear they hadn't even begun my order. I got my food a few minutes later, but upon opening the container at home it became clear they even got the order wrong! This was a comically poor experience. The food itself was pretty good, and the staff were apologetic about the lateness.
