For me it's important to harness the rich spiritual connection in my practice and I am able to do so with abundance at Yoga For Life, and there is also room and open arms for students at all levels which I admire as well. I couldn't say enough about the entire staff, each yoga class feels completely different filled in a space of love and compassion.
