We were significantly overcharged. We signed a charge slip for about $5.00, but the final posted amount to our bank account was over $23.00. We're good tippers, but we don't tip $18.00 on a cup of tea. I contacted the owner three times to try to resolve this, and while he was polite, he kept telling me he would contact the accountant and call me right back and never did. I finally just filed a dispute with the bank, and I'll let them handle it.
