Workout Anytime Indian Trail

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any establishment. It took over an hour to sign up for a simple monthly membership. Managers were no help. I had to tell them my phone number so many times that by the last time they had memorized it. It took me 5 minutes to sign up at Planet Fitness and it was cheaper per month and for the sign up fee. I would highly recommend staying away from this gym, but if you can’t, sign up online. Don’t leave it up to the employees.
