Was super excited about our new home, only to realize it was a nightmare a few days after moving in. Quality control is lacking, quality contractors are non-existent, empty promises are in abundance and be ready to go in circles trying to get issues resolved. I think they hope you eventually give up because the process of getting anything fixed is beyond exhausting. Oh, and if you want to use your heat, beware, because that is the excuse for every problem in the house. This is an example of the quality finishes after numerous repairs. Pictures do not lie!
