This was always the best spot to park in downtown raleigh. Now it is a $5 fee to park from Friday at 5pm to Saturday at 7am, whatever, still not bad. That is until they do not give you a ticket when you enter and when you try to leave, the most self-righteousness jerk of a parking attendant tells you that a lost ticket is an extra $12. Then when you tell him you never had a ticket to give him, but it's obvious you paid to get in, because that's literally the only way to enter the deck, he decides to stare of into the distance and not respond like the pathetic human excuse for a parking meter he is trained to be. Whatever again a $17 fee is worth the knowledge that this deck is run by absolute crooks and it's pretty much not worth going downtown anymore anyways. Hope the $12 extra dollars makes up for my loss of local business.
