Not a fan of this location. When I was made aware of products that I couldn't return and let me mention that it was my fault, I didn't realize a corporate policy had been changed, but I just called and said that I wish I had been made aware of the policy change. It would have altered my purchase amount . . . the manager on duty couldn't have been short and dismissive. Heather--you lost a customer. I can easily buy online or now in Greensboro. I couldn't even get a "thank you for shopping with us and so sorry this happened", absolutely no customer service.
