Wells Fargo Bank

I have been going to this bank for over 10 years, hate to write a negative review but Carla Caldera's customer service was very poor, she was not helpful, not customer oriented. She sounded like she made the rules. I will never go back to that branch again. If you decide to go there, please don't get help from this incompetent person named Carla Caldera. I hope she will get fired and branch will be back on track with someone positive., this will be good for wells fargo and for the city.
