I went to return an item that was broke. I had ripped the box so the barcode was missing.
After waiting in line forever while the customer service rep took her time I finally get my turn.
The woman takes my receipt and looks at the object, looks for barcode, says she needs the barcode.
Leaves to talk to a manager(?) Then comes back.
She states she can't refund as she needs the barcode since the receipt says something different than the box.
Really?
Your sign says you take products back within 90 days, no receipt.
Do people bring their clothes back with the tags still attached?
She hands me the product back. Says sorry.
I say "could I have a bag please so I don't get accused of shoplifting. I also need the tag I was given at the door....And my useless receipt."
The management at this store is incompetent and the employees aren't any better.
