Walgreens

* I visited this Walgreen's on 12/23 around 4:30.* For starters.. given the date being very close to the Christmas holiday I expected for the store traffic to be a little chaotic but it was not at all which was great until you actually go up front to check out. The cashier that checked me out had a disgusting attitude. I'm not sure what her problem was but if you know that you can't disguise your personal feelings while you are on the clock then you don't need to be at work dealing with customers.. simple as that. When asked if I had any points to redeem she stated "idk look at the bottom of your receipt." Oh really.. what lack of customer service, what kind of training does Walgreen's do for their cashier's? Obviously this one needs a refresher course. Aside from her attitude, the coupons that you clip online that are supposedly redeemable in-store are not whatsoever, so be ready to bring a paper copy in of the coupons or either go back and forth with the cashier and or assistant manager. Overall this Walgreen's is a true waste of time, I'd rather go to a busy store with less help than go to this Walgreen's and have plenty of people there that are suppose to help you but go out of there way not to. * There will most definitely be a call to corporate.*
