Some realtors deceive customers with sneaky contracts that bind them for a long period of time, If the realtor owns about 90% of the properties, in given city why does she has the right to tie with scamming contracts: Such as 60 days for any property and 90 days if I buy any of the properties she showed me in the past. What about if they were racist, and I, being polite looked for someone else that treated me fairly and kindly, that would reply to my emails in a promptly manner with answers, that would understand my needs and my family's. That would show me what I want to see NOT what she wants to show me. That is not money-hungry. That I do not have to call every single person for advice and even the realtors association of the state, to get somewhere. If you are going with this realtor, beware what you sign, read it, make sure that you would be free to choose whoever you want to buy from and whatever home you want; whenever you want. Thank you.
