Terrible customer service. I have purchase a small wiring plug for an amp from the Wilkesboro store. When I got home I realized it was the wrong one. I did not open it. So about 13 days later I tried to return at Taylorsville. They said it had been past 7 days & they could only give me store credit. Even though it was unopened & the receipt which I had said it could be returned in 30 days. I tried to get a refund & finally my boyfriend had to go into the store & have them call their manager & they ended up doing the return. But not before one of the employees called us rude customers. He was the one that was rude.
