The post office generally doesn't deliver our packages because of where we live. We haven't had an issue with this in the past because they would leave a slip notifying us of a package to pick up. In the last few months this practice of leaving notification of packages has stopped. They still aren't delivering so we have to make sure we track everything. When it gets to the post office we go to pick up when we can leave early. However there is one lady who won't make sure we have gotten everything that is ours...won't even double check. Once she hands us one box, she tells us there's nothing more....today my husband went, received one box, was told there was nothing else. He asked her to check again, she did and came back with another box and said there was nothing else. He told her to check again because we knew something else came...she went back and came back with another box. We are still missing a package that he didn't realize was there This is not the first time this has happened to us....poor customer service and just plain laziness. Our mail deliverer is amazing though :)
Using the services in the Post Office are excellent. Staff is always friendly and helpful...but having huge issues with rural delivery. Always getting the wrong mail when it's clearly not my address..my mail always getting delivered to someone else in neighborhood. Made many requests that mail is more carefully sorted so I'm not driving around my neighborhood delivering mail.i don't even dare have packages delivered to my home because they either don't arrive or arrive late and having been opened and resealed because they went to the wrong address.
