The WORST customer service. Paid $100 extra for next day delivery, didn't arrive for 3 more days (waist of $100 could have just went with a cheaper option and received in the same time) couldn't be refunded for that. Package is also damaged and no one at the direct store can help so you HAVE to use the 800 number, i wouldn't advice that unless you have another 3 days to wait on them to answer.
