I patronized this Laundry for two years with excellent service, very nice people who seem to care about the customer. All at once my husbands shirts all got a hole in the right sleeve at the cuff. All in the exact same spot. The cleaners would not take responsibility for the holes, they tried to repair a couple only making the sleeve shorter. The owner threw the clothes across the counter telling my husband it must be his fault. I have started using another laundry.
