You better read the fine print BEFORE you sign...they are all about getting you to sign up, but they don't tell you that the only way to cancel your membership is by moving or due to a medical issue (that must be verified by a doctor)...your only other choice is to "buy out" your membership (at manager's discretion) So basically, you are being forced to complete your contract unless you can afford to drop several hundred dollars to buy out. Very sneaky marketing...I just think decent people would be honest enough to let you know up front...guess that's asking too much. Quality of gym is consistent with the quality of employees and customer relations.
Unkept gym. When something breaks it stays broken or as an inconvenience to members for weeks and months. There is always a mess of some materials all over the floor. If all you want from your gym is a low end experience with old, dirty and broken equipment then this is the place for you. Edit: comical response from the "owner". If you cared about your patrons experience you would find contractors to do work while the gym was closed. You don't appreciate the feedback because anytime you attempt to 'improve' the facility it's at the cost of paying customers. Comment with a phone number to your corporate office (which doesn't seem to exist) and I'll be happy
