Tropical Picken Chicken

I gave this place 4 chances but the service here is HORRIBLE to the point were it is disrespectful. Staff takes forever to seat you regardless of how busy or empty the place is. They take their sweet time to take your order, they walk past you and ignore you. Needless to say they never check on you after bringing out the food, they're always chitchatting behind the counter. I rarely complain about service, I am not a difficult customer at all but I've had it with this place. I complained to the manager who immediately communicated my concerns to the waitresses and they didn't even care! They literally give zero f***s. First few times food was delicious which is why I ignored the fact that the service sucks and continued to go back but last night I GOT THE WORST SERVICE EVER, food was bland, cold and the portion was very small for the price. I am from Puerto Rico so I'm always looking for good restaurants that remind me of home. I felt bad that my boyfriend who is not Hispanic had to go through this terrible experience not only with PR food but mediocre service as well. I honestly would've been a regular customer but I doubt that I'll ever come back here.
