I wish I could give it zero stars. From start to finish an absolute nightmare and very misleading. I used this practice years ago, when I lived in Holly Springs. I moved out of the state because my husband was transferred with the military. Now upon moving back, I thought I would use them again. I am supposed to pay $40 for urgent care in/out of network, instead was made to pay self pay rate. Now they are saying they will submit the claim, but I possibly even will owe more, for a visit that lasted about 3 minutes. All the Dr. seemed to care about was collecting hundreds more. They have certainly lost their "family medicine, caring about each member of your household". Extremely disappointing in a practice I used to refer people to. Never again!
